Global Responsibility:
Lead all the activities related to the development of one or more products in development, acting as project/program manager and assuming the responsibility for over-seeing the development of the product from R&D to commercialization.
Main Requirements:
- Closely interact with all functional disciplines of the company in a matrix role, integrating all expertise into the program and creating one project.
- Lead multidisciplinary sub teams for specific topics and issues within the program.
- Create and monitor the timelines and project plan for the product.
- List and solve minor and major issues together with functional line management.
- Create business plans and execute them at commercialization.
- Create forecasts and strategic role out plans.
- Troubleshooting at all levels of the project.
- Support the commercial team in the interaction with international clients.
- Advise the management on a regular basis on the progress and status of the program.
